We have a customer whose public users are submitting forms, but occasionally the submitted forms don't actually appear in Forms. We check the "Monitor" page and the submission isn't there. It's like they never submitted it. We haven't been able to reproduce it.

It's a very bizarre issue, and as far as I can tell it only happens on public forms. Has anyone else seen something like this?
