No automatic Metadata pane

When I add a document to a file in my repository, the metadata window does not pop up. Why? We use version 9.2

Hi Sherrie,

Go to the menu bar at the top of the Laserfiche client, choose the 'Tools' option, then 'Options'. Click the 'New Documents' option on the left of the window, then the 'General' option under that.

Make sure the 'Always Show Metadata Dialog' box is checked on top then click 'Ok' to close the window.

This is usually the culprit.
