Check in/out not stable

Dear all,

 

One of our client facing issue with Check in/out features that this feature is not work properly.

- After they check out and want to check in sometime take time more that 15 minutes to save it back?!
- Sometime pop up window said can not find path when they want to check in again?

- This not happen for all user and do happen with some use that will not happen to that files in sometime (next day).

Note: This happen on Web Client on Chrome but not happen on Windows Client.

It seems that we need to take a look not just Laserfiche system. right?

Hi Somjeat,

 

Does this happen for multiple file types? For example, does it happen with PDF's only or Excel only or all file types?

 

This might give you a clue as to where to start looking.

Hi Somjeat,

 

As a test, what happens if you disable the OCR for electronic documents?

 

 

Try unchecking this on the problem user, and see if the issue goes away.

We had the same problem recently and unchecking this box did not work until we installed the most recent Laserfiche Windows Client that fixed the Laserfiche plugin in our Office apps, so maybe this avenue could help you too.
