First page is being removed for one user, but not others

One of our departments has a shared log on that several people use to scan in documents. There is one individual who constantly has the first page of his documents deleted when he is logged into one computer under the shared log on but if he moved to another computer using the same log on, the first page does not delete. If another individual logs on to the computer the other user was having issues on using the same log on, the first page does not delete for them. We have checked to see if page removal is checked, and it is not so we cannot seem to figure out why the issue is only for one user if several people use that log on. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Shanley,

 

Sounds like a fun issue. I would try clearing the attributes for the affected user and see if that resolves your issue. You can do this in the Laserfiche admin console under the attributes tab, highlight everything and click delete/remove.

 

Secondly if clearing the attributes doens't work, I would try re-freshing the users windows profile on the problem PC and see if that resovles the issue.
