When I try to open the old forums, I am getting an error stating "Could not connect to the database". Can this be fixed so that we can access the old forums site?

The old forums have been gone for years (or at least I haven't been able to connect to them for a long long time). They seemed to vanish at the same time that the support site was updated a while ago. I have just assumed they were gone and that was that.
Be interesting to see if you can get them re-instated!

Yes, for a while it was unreachable. But then they made it available again, for a while.
Laserfiche staff, I don't try to reach it often, but it is nice to be able to get the historical information it contains. The site is still there, but it just cannot connect to it's DB. Please resolve this issue so that we don't loose the years of posts that it contains.
Sorry, the old forum is not coming back. The landing page you were able to hit should've been taken down as well when the database was turned off. That will be remedied shortly.
