Does Forms Database supports SQL Always On Availability Group

Hi, can anyone advise whether the latest Forms version 10.3.1 supports connecting to database that's in a SQL Always On Availability Group (Forms internal database, not for lookup purpose)?

I am able to connect to the database in the AAG with all other Laserfiche products (server, workflow and LFDS), but for some reason I can't seem to get Forms working, it returns an error message where it's unable to establish a connection to the SQL Server through the AG Listener. Thanks.

Hi Wai,

Yes, SQL Always On Availability Group is supported in Forms 10.3.1. And it works fine for me, Forms is able to connect to the database through the AG listener, please see this screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/6BroCHar

Can you make sure your AG is healthy at that time? And what the error do you meet? Can you post the error log?

Thanks for your advise, the issue turns out to be an incorrect configuration with the AG, we are able to connect and locate all the database in Forms now.
