How can I create an interactive list for a metadata field. In my metadata template I have an address field.  I want to create an address list of regularly used street names that will allow the selection of the street and then the addition of a building number.  I also will need to add to the address field street names that are not on the list.

For example a commonly used address is Smith St.  But I will also need to add a building number to the street name such as 33 Smith St.  Also the list will have to allow the entry of non common street name into the field, such as 22 Jones St. thx
