I have a customer using Laserfiche Rio 10.3
I was requested to add an additional Forms Participant user from the AD group.
After creating the user & trying to login forms tells me that the user is not assigned to a group that is authorized to sign into forms.
I have double checked that the user is assigned to the correct group.
I also added the user manually to a process but still got the same result.

Event viewer gives me the following error every time I try to login with that user.
"[500]: The value of variable "Laserfiche.Forms.Api.DataContract.RoutingParticipant" is not set. The email address cannot be found without it."

I have also confirmed that the user does have an email address in the cf_user_snapshot table.
