Just a heads up, we started getting an error when saving annotations, with this message:
The SQL Message from Event Viewer is quite specific: [SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'private', table 'SEEC_LASERFICHE.dbo.ann'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
Before you head down the trail of tears of event viewer logs, trace logs, SQL logs, etc etc etc, you should know that Support recommended updating both clients and servers to V. 10.31.1.236 :
I'll follow up in case this does not work.
