Hi,

In Forms process, I have configured Email activity as follows

This activity is working fine by sending the email to the intended recipient with the right form attached.  However, the file name of the attachment is wrong as shown below

The attachment name should be On-Boarding Form – SD1

The “On-Boarding Form – SD1” is a copy of the main form named On-Boarding Form with some fields removed.

Any idea how the correct form is attached to the email but with the wrong file name.
