Laserfiche Forms - Assign Task error

I have a process in laserfiche forms that is causing an issue. A task get assigned to a group. When one of the members assigns the task to themselves, they get the following error message:

{{authError.STRINGS.errorTitle}}

{{authError.errorMsg}}

 

Any ideas?

I had this issue as well and I am using Firefox (most recent version). After I cleared my history, the issue resolved.

You may have already found the solution, but I thought I'd post for anyone else having this problem as well.

Hi Evan, a silly question - have you already check the forms event viewer logs for more details?

Does this happen for any users taking the task or just one?

What license model are those users that are having the issue?

I checked the logs and i don't see anything logged in regards to this.

Also, when the users log back out and log back in, the task is assigned to them and then everything is back to normal.

Right now its only happening to two users. They are named users licenses not participant licenses.

Interesting, I have not gotten that code you did  but I experienced similar behavior a few times when accepting a task. Maybe it is something @████████ can shed some light on.

My customers are getting this error also when attempting to login to approve a task. I'm on Forms 10.3.1.690 using STS for SSO. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Clearing the browser history resolved the issue for me. We're using 10.4, but it sounds like the same problem.
