UserName and Password in WebAccess custom URL

Is there any way to put a user and password in the WebAccess URL, so that you do not need to log in when you click on the link, once this file is downloaded?

I created the following process in the workflow to generate the URLs

 

 

 

If it is not possible to customize the URL this way, is there any other way to download certain documents without having to enter a username and password?

What is the use case for this?  If it's to allow anonymous download by sharing a license between multiple users it would seem to be against the spirit (at least) of named user licensing.  The alternatives would be using WebLink which allows you to set up automatic authentication, or exporting the document from Laserfiche to make it available for download outside the repository.
