Feature Request: Multi value field for this template only

Client recently reached out regarding this request. As of now, fields can be specified as "required for this template only", but we also want this option for the multi value attribute.

Use case: Not having to create an entirely new field to accommodate single values for the same type of field.

I have a use case like that for ingredient numbers where I need it to be multi-value for Ingredient Specifications (one specification can cover two or more ingredients. i.e. bagged and bulk ingredients) and I need it as a single value when identifying a Safety Data Sheet.

I would love to see this happen. Depending on the situation I want to limit users to one, but having multiple in certain situations would be incredibly useful!
