I have a business process in Forms with no data.  I'd like to setup Workflow to query a data set and for each row in the data set I want workflow to create a new instance with new variables from each row.  I think I am missing a step in the process and was wondering if anyone has insights to make this work?  I have included a screenshot of the workflow and instead of getting the intended result is only creating a task for the first row.  In my query data I have it set to return all rows.
