Laserfiche Forms server URL is invalid

When I try to configure the Forms server in the Mobile server configuration screen I receive the error: The URL of the LaserFiche Forms server is not valid. We checked that the URL was well written but we received this message anyway.

Hi Ricardo, 

Sorry for the inconvenience, can you first check if the Forms server was written as FQDN? will adding by IP address work?
