Just wanted to submit a feature request for a forms user task, one of our customer was asking to have a feature where they can select who gets an email when a team task is assigned. They wanted to lower the number of emails the team is getting when task are assigned. They also requested to have a feature where instead of an email, it will just give a user a notification in forms rather than an actual email.
Request for the Email Notification section to allow you to filter down who gets the email.
a. Example would be that you want to submit a task to the team so that anyone can grab it, but you only want the team Managers to get the notification that this task is now available. So being able to select roles or create filters would be best for this.

They wanted the task to be assigned to a team but not get assigned to anyone since we don't know who will need to get to it next and if it is already assigned unless we make everyone managers then they won't be able to grab it. Which is the reason why we would want it so that we could choose who gets an email notification, like the manager role for example. Our teams are large and we are not using these teams like you normally would. Our "teams" are actually projects that we are working on so all project forms get assigned to the team which means this would generate a lot of emails.
We still want people to always get an email if a task is assigned directly to them but not if it is just assigned to a team. Or least have a way to turn on some kind of daily digest for tasks assigned to a team instead of an email each time."
