Has anyone encountered this issued?

I have a field in a table that I'm populating from Workflow (using a multi-value token).

The table fields should be alternating between blank values and decimal numbers (it's a currency field).

Sometimes it is working fine, and sometimes some of the values at the end of the table are not populating.

Track tokens in Workflow shows all the fields are included:

But when I look at the instance history in Forms, the last two values are missing...

Has anyone encountered an issue like this before?
