Sometimes when working I will select the magnifying glass to do a search and the screen shuts down and program essentially locks up. When it happens I need to close LF on my short cut bar or Task Manager. Restarting LF does not solve the problem and I need to reboot

I would try reinstalling the client. You can also see if there is anything obvious in the Windows event logs. If that doesn't help, you might need to get a hold of your VAR.
