I'm having a strange issue, noticed this past week, with all Windows Accounts displaying as the SID (ie. a long string of numbers) when the administration console is run from a computer on a different subnet than what our laserfiche server is on. Also when using the desktop client, when assigning or checking rights for a Domain Account, one can only search accounts from the laserfiche directory server (i.e. lfds) and not Active Directory. Desktop Client and Administration Console display the Windows Accounts information properly when on the same subnet as the server.
It appeared to be a networking issue so I got our firewall guy to take a look. He didn't see any blocked traffic and even created an "allow all" rule for traffic to/from the laserfiche server.
We're on version 10.3.1.502 (server and client). Server and clients are authenticating to the same domain controller.
Anyone have an idea what may be going on here or have ideas for a resolution?
