Hello,

We have a customer who uses a Label Sheet when they import documents via Import Agent.

It is the same label sheet every time (Font and Size) The Image below is from the Label Sheet.

On occasion, the OCR'ing of this Label Sheet incorrectly OCR's the text.

This is what is looks like sometimes:

SOCS CLIENT CUT SKEET
5070
G"NTS PASS CLINIC LIP
sacs c�
CLF SHEET

It should look like this:

SOCS CLIENT CUT SHEET
5070
GRANTS PASS CLINIC LLP
SOCS CLIENT CUT SHEET

Is there a recommendation for which Fonts/Size combination should be used to have the most accurate results.

I am also checking with the customer on their OCR Optimization setting, as they might need to change this to possibly help.
