Access denied "C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\LFDS\UserSettings.config"

Hi All,

I'm getting a below error in the event viewer under Directory Server.

Directory Server Version 10.3.1

Any pointers what to look for.

The service account is a member of local administrators gorup and has full access.

Did you check permissions for both the Service Account used to run the Laserfiche Directory Server Service AND the application pool identity for the LFDS site in IIS (LicenseManagerAppPool)?

Thanks for your response.

The service account is a member of local administrator group and has full permissions.

Application Pool is running with the same service account.

We also have the same error in our Event Logs.

Did you ever get a resolution/explanation for this?
