Business Process Library - Can't download files

I downloaded the Accounts Payable - PO Req. Forms process from the Business Process Library but receive the following error when trying to download the files:

{"message":"The file cannot be downloaded from the Business Process Library at the moment. Please try again later. [LFF2606-CannotDownloadFileFromBPL]","exceptionType":"Laserfiche.Forms.CommonUtils.Exceptions.LFFormsException","errorCode":"2606","entryType":"1"}

Hi Gloria - could you try downloading it again please? We've checked into it on our side and were able to download the files. Let us know if you still see the same issue.

When I click to download those files, where does it go to look for those files? On a Laserfiche site? Or should they have been installed on our server when we installed Laserfiche Forms or Workflow?

There's a server on our side that stores the template files that Laserfiche Forms is able to pull from. Additional installation work isn't required to be able to download templates from the Business Process Library.

Well then I guess it's back to our security policy ... our firewall won't let us get those files. Is there any other way? Without the server or website info, our Help Desk cannot fix my security policy issue.

I could import the form successfully, but not download the files. Is it a different process or location?

Tried again, it errored:

Our security policy might be the issue. I will submit a HelpDesk ticket at my company to see if they can help at all.
