Is it a way to restore a document that got corrupted during the saving process

Customer saved the documents in laserfiche but it crashed.  When trying to open the document in laserfiche, the document is not showing corrupted.  Is there a way to restore that document to its normal state?

Hi Fred,

It's pretty impossible to tell what's going on from this description. I'd suggest opening a support case.
