We use Active Directory to assign our security groups. For example, someone belonging to the Contact Center would be placed into the Contact Center security Group in active directory by our IT department, and the Laserfiche Group "Contact Center" has that AD security group assigned to it.
In one of my workflows, I would like to either:
- check that a specific user belongs to the "Contact Center" Laserfiche Group/AD Security Group
- get a list of who currently belongs to the "Contact Center" LF/AD Group
When I use the "Find User" activity, I can see the person's security group under the additional properties tab but it is not available as a token when running the activity.
When I use the "Find Group" activity it lists only one member (which I assume) is the AD Security Group name.
Is is possible to get this information using a different activity or am I doing something wrong?
Thank you!
