I have a table with two columns. The second column is "read only" and should default to A. My problem is that the default value is not displaying on the first row:

I know it's there because when the task goes to the next person, they do see the A in that column. Any ideas? This is how I have the table set up:

I tried setting "read-only" CSS, but that didn't work either. Any ideas?
