How to get multiple choices into one metadata field

Hello,

I have a question on a Form that the user is able to select multiple choices, if appropriate.  However, I not able to capture more than one choice in the Metadata field.  Any suggestions?

Have you tried making that a multi-value field?

Yes.

You might have to do it with Workflow if you want them as separate values.
