Is it possible to attach a document, already in the repository, to a Form before it goes through the Forms Approval steps?

Not that I know of with the standard set of activities in Workflow and Forms business processes. I'm not versed in the SDK but it may be something that it might be leveraged to do.

Joshua,

There is nothing built in like the upload field that will let you do it easily. You could have Workflow find the document in question and give you the URL for the document and then pass that back to Forms as a variable value that could be displayed in a custom HTML field.
