Using Zone OCR to Populate Form

Is it possible to run a workflow that populates a form off the information gathered from a zone ocr scan?

Without more detail in your question, the short answer is yes.  Using the Workflow activity - Invoke Business Process, you can start a form and populate the fields with the tokens or variables from your Zone OCR.
