After switching to Domain, I am being prompted for a login to the webpage for Form Config

The Sign in looks to be Windows Credentials for the new FQDN.

The two primary accounts that are a part of the Domain fail.

Is there a web config file I need to modify?

I ran a repair to rebuilt the web.config file. It seems to have done the trick and allowed me to access via localhost or domain as I expected.
