Laserfiche DCC Entry Id's are blank

I have a workflow scheduling documents to OCR every hour. When I look at the DCC page it shows a successful job every hour, but the Entry ID's are all blank, and the job only runs for an average of 3-8 seconds.

The workflow that is triggering this shows that it finds and is limited to 1000 documents every time it runs, but none of those documents are ever successfully scheduled with the DCC.

Any idea what would cause this? Any suggestions on things to look at?

Have you confirmed in the workflow history that it is getting the expected number of results? The configuration you're describing should work.

How do you have the "Documents to OCR" section of the activity configured? For example, are you targeting the results of a Search Activity or a Folder?

The "Documents to OCR" is set to the Output Entries of a Search Activity that happens in the previous step of the Workflow.

Thanks, apparently for the last 6 months or so the DCC was showing that the license had expired so the OCR process wasn't running, but all of the other events in the workflow were succeeding.

Appreciate the help, I will have to talk to my supervisor about it.
