Problems with Workflow schedule

Hello
We are having problems with one of our laptops where we demonstrated Laserfiche, we are presenting a process that must start at a certain time and is not working. We review in task scheduler and apparently everything is fine. There are no related errors in the event viewer. What else could we review?

Hello Ricardo

 

We had a similar problem a while ago.

We did the following:

1. Delete the workflow schedule rule

2. On Windows Task scheduler, find the rule and delete it.

3. Recreate the schedule rule in workflow
