My workflow is setup to find some entries in a designated folder and then rename those documents and file them. The documents are found, and renamed but when they are filed, they are all moved with the folder they were scanned to, to my filing directory structure.
For my test, I have 2 documents that will be filed in 2 separate filing structures based on fields, but the folder 01 Document to be Filed (where I put documents to file), moves with all the documents inside of it to the filing location of the first file in the list. Not sure why my scan to folder is moving.
The files are found and rename properly, the external query works, and fills in the template, just the whole folder moves.
I am also including the WF report showing the routedentry_name which is the folder I am monitoring and moving from but it moves that folder to a new location so I no longer have a scanned location folder and my workflows find entry path is no longer valid.
