I have an LF Connector profile set up for importing documents. The screen I have configured only has 3 of the 4 metadata fields I need and is capturing those 3 fields but I need the end user to manually enter the value for the 4th field. There does't' seem to be an option to display the metadata dialog for an import profile. Is this by design or maybe an oversight?
Question
Question
is there a way to display the metadata dialog when importing files using the connector?

Hi Chris,
Would using "Preview the token values when running the profile" (a checkbox option on the "Get Information" tab in Connector 10.3) resolve your situation?
You could create 4 tokens using any last placeholder value for your fourth token. Once you have the profile created, you can go either have users just delete the placeholder value to instead put in their own content, or go into the XML to remove where Connector is grabbing the token which would make it show up blank when the users run the profile and give them the chance to write their own content.
If I misinterpreted your request, please let me know and I can look into this further.
Thanks for the response, i think this is exactly what i'm after. I need to update my LF connector to 10.3, i didnt realize this was a new option.
