In Import Agent 9.0, I am attempting to have a profile overwrite any files with the same name. The originating files are PDF, the profile is generating pages without retaining the PDF, and in the document handling tab both options to replace pages and overwrite electronic files are selected. 

What happens is the new file just get's named as a duplicate:



The user for the profile is a Windows User due to folder permissions needed in windows. This windows user is part of a group that has access to the LF folder, and was given explicit access as a user to the folder location in Laserfiche. All files come in with no issue, but are not being overwritten if the name is the same. 

There are some proposed workarounds in a workflow that will remedy this, but it would be preferred if import agent would just do it. Is this a version issue, or conflict potentially? Or could this be a problem with user rights? I tend not to think so as documents can get created just fine in the destination folder in LF. I was unable to look at the event viewer to see if there were any background errors with the import.
