Web Client

Hello,

We have a customer who is using Web Client 10.2.1.

The Download button is not present on their Web Client Toolbar:

They also, do not have the Download Section in their Web-Client Options.

On my 10.3.1 Web Client I have these Options.

Is this something that needs to be configured in the Admin Console as I do not see any configuration for this in the Web-Client Configuration Page.

Hi Jeff ,

Check if logged in user has rights to export.

Or, check if he is a member of a group that has rights to export.

Thanks for the information Mahmoud, this looks to be the setting we needed to look at.
