Display Names and Emails not Syncing

Hey Everyone!

Hoping someone out there can help me.  We have started experiencing a problem with forms.  Long story short, information like email addresses and Display names have started syncing incorrectly.  For instance, the emails in forms are now blank and the display names are now populated with User ID's instead of First Name Last Name.

Has the username column started populating with User IDs or LDAP account usernames?

Yes that is correct Blake.  We have since discovered that there is an issue with a Active Directory Domain Controller. We are looking at compatibility between an updated controller and Laserfiche or if the controller was incorrectly configured....

Were you using Windows Accounts before or did you make a change recently?

We are using windows accounts.  The Domain controller we were using was being phased out (without our knowledge).  Once we found that out, adjusted the forms configuration to point to the new upgraded domain controller and unfortunately that didn't work either.  We then pointed Forms to an older Domain Controller (one that isn't being phased out or upgraded quite yet) and everything worked like it should.  This is only a temporary solution as all of our Domain Controllers are being upgraded to a newer version.  So we are currently looking into the comparability between forms and Domain Controllers.
