Feature Request: Ability to Rename Starred Documents/Folders in Starred Folder

Right now when you star a document, it will show up in the starred "folder". Unfortunately, for some folders, the name is not descriptive on it's own with the previous folders names - so I'm wondering if we could add a feature where the user can rename the document (like one can with shortcuts).

Hi Robyn,

That's an interesting idea. The starred entries are simply a listing of the original entries (basically an automatic set of search results), unlike with shortcuts that are their own entries altogether. So if you were to change the name of the entry in the starred list, it'd just be the original entry itself. You could star shortcuts (and then name them whatever you need), but that's an additional step. Currently though there's no separation of the starred entry and the entry itself.

Also, you'd have to have a place to put the shortcut. Perhaps something to consider if reviewing the framework as to how starred items work. Thanks, Justin, for the comprehensive response!
