We have all folders in our repository set to a respective department volume folder. However, we are having users create documents that are being stored in the DEFAULT volume. We had this issue before and went in to ensure that all import folders are set to "Folder Default Volume". Any one have any idea on why this is still happening? 

P.S. I personall tested out manually setting my scanning option to the DEFAULT volume and it did override the folders specific volume we had set
