Import Agent Error

asked on September 4, 2018 Show version history

We have Import Agent 10.3.1 and regularly see this error. The file does not get imported. Has someone else had this issue?

There was an error running the profile Invoices while importing the file "D:\Shared\RicohScanDropOff\20180830152457837.tif". (The system cannot find the file specified : C:\Users\svc_Laserfiche\AppData\Local\Temp\tmpC17A.txt)

Hi Zainab,

It is a bug and has been filed 94394. Thanks for your feedback.

Thank you. What is the work around for the time being? Processing the files from the IAError folder is not an option as the user is waiting for the files to be dropped off in LF and do further processing.

We are now seeing this on 10.3.1 with import agent at a client as well.  Has there been any additional movement on this?

Thanks,

Jason

Hi Zainab,

We are experiencing this bug as well except our files are successfully importing in LF but instead of being deleted, they go into the AI Error folder. Have you checked your repository for the file in question to see if it may still be importing like in our case?

Aside from that, I was able to locate the following hotfix:

https://support.laserfiche.com/devnotes/viewer?name=ImportAgent%2FVersion1031%2FHotfixInfo

We are seeing the issue on 10.3.1.470 and this updates you to 10.3.1.479. I will be implementing this within the upcoming days to confirm the issue has been resolved.
