I see several old posts about this but don't see anything recent.  I have a customer who has forms portal and would like to provide forms for service people in the field to submit forms.  However the areas they work often have questionable cell coverage.  Is there a way for a public user to have an offline Laserfiche form they can submit when they are back in cell coverage?
