Hi all,
We have a client who has LF 8.2 in situ at the moment, this has been there for a while and they have upgraded office a few times along the way. They are now at 2016 and the plug in for the ribbon in Office seems to work for everyone else who logs in to that terminal server, however one customer's name has changed due to marriage. Initially I made sure the names were marrying up in LF Admin and AD but initially this seems to have made no odds.
I know the software is a little on the dated side, but I'm hoping someone else has hit this along the way as well.
