Customer is trying this process and only the files within the folder are moved to LF. I looked and I could not find any info about the option to move a folder with IA.
Thanks,

Import Agent can replicate the parent folder in the repository if that is what you are asking.
You would either need it to be a subfolder of the monitored folder, then configure it to use the subfolder name as part of the path is uses when it puts it into the repository.
Or, you could use the entire File Path under the "File > Path" options next to the Folder field in the profile properties.
Thanks Jason!!
Then it is the next issue, they are dropping multiple folders, as these are client folders, into the Monitored folder.
To make this work, would they be able to create the sub-folder and call it say "Clients" and then drop their new client folders in this folder when they want IA to grab and move them over and then it would drop those folder into the "Clients" folder that was created in LF, correct?
Thanks,
