Hey, a client has been having an issue lately where when they attempt to drag and drop a electronic file to the desktop (and in doing so export it as a PDF) the document is not created. When the Options are changed to set the default image format as tiff, this works as expected, but when switched back to PDF's there's nothing appearing and no error presenting.

The client has had a recent 'health check' from their local IT Support provider in which a lot of apps deemed unnecessary were uninstalled from the computers and some basic maintenance was carried out. One of the programs removed was a PDF creator that had been installed (no official link to Laserfiche that I can see) and I'm wondering if the export-as-pdf functionality piggy backed off of whatever PDF creator is installed on the computer itself at some point?
