Move Shortcut Access Rights

I have a group that needs permissions to move (Drag and drop) shortcuts between folders.

These are members current feature rights:

I have tried granting everything possible under View, Add and Modify for both the Entry access rights and the shortcut access rights with no success.

Any suggestions?

Are you receiving a specific error or does the icon turn into a red circle with the line through it?

Are you trying to drag and drop form folder to folder or folder to record series?

Hi Demetris,

The user needs to be able to move shortcuts between folders in their own folder structure.

The original document exists in the record series, but it is shared to the user through a shortcut.

Do you have the ability to create documents within the parent folder?

Hi Justin,

We use transparent records management and the end users do not access files directly from the record series.

The user/group has access to create documents within the parent folder of their folder structure where the shortcuts live. If they create a document in their folder, they can move it between folders, but they can't move the shortcuts of documents that exist in the RS.
