Process terminating after approval has been made

So I created a disposal form that will be used by a few people within the company. My process is not working properly. I think it has to do with my gateway outflow conditions. I've tried to redo this process and its still not working. Can someone help me figure this out? 

The first picture shows accounting gets a notification when the CEO or leadership approves the form. Then it is sent to a certain person to dispose of the property and sign off that it has been disposed. My process terminates after the approval of the CEO or leadership. 

 

The second picture shows my conditions.

The forms routing page is case sensitive.  Any chance the value of the Property Type variable is "Asset Disposition" instead of "asset disposition"? (And so on)

 

I would also suggest going to the the Instance Monitoring page of the terminated process and click on the variables tab.  Here you can look at the value of the Property Type and see if it fits into one of the three choices.

Thanks for the reply. 

I changed "asset" to Asset" and that didn't work either. I also looked at the instance monitoring page and check the value of the property type and thats accurate as well.

I got it, I capitalized the first letter but I didn't take the word "disposition" off. It works now. Thanks so much! Ill keep the case sensitive in mind.
