Tyler Incode 9 interface with Laserfiche 10.2

I am currently running Tyler Incode 9 with Laserfiche 9.2.  We are using the interface that we purchased from Tyler.  We want to upgrade to Incode 10 and Laserfiche 10.2.  But first we want to upgrade to Laserfiche 10.2 for several months before we upgrade to Tyler Incode 10.

Is anyone currently using Tyler Incode 9 with Laserfiche 10.2 using the Tyler Developed Interface ?

It depends on how Tyler's integration works. If they are using the SDK, then it should be fine. Generally you have quite a bit of wiggle room with the SDK. I had an SDK 9.x integration that successfully ran when we upgraded to 10.x. However, that just means that I wasn't touching any parts of the SDK that weren't compatible.

Thorough testing is always advised.

The integration Tyler built between Incode 9 and Laserfiche 9 should continue to work with Incode 9 and Laserfiche 10.x. You may need to copy over and re-register the runtime dlls from Laserfiche 9. I recommend testing the upgrade to Laserfiche 10 and integration work prior to pushing to a live environment.
