Previously, workflow processes connected to and made changes in your Laserfiche Cloud repository using a system account that was not configurable.
A new system account called "ProcessAutomationUser" has been created to manage the entry access rights and privileges for process automation to your Laserfiche Cloud repository.
To switch to the new system account:
- Log into your Laserfiche cloud account as a user with rights to manage trustees, Process Automation administrator and to set security in the repository.
- Allow the new system account "ProcessAutomationUser" access to the repository in Account Administration.
- Configure the entry access rights of the new system account "ProcessAutomationUser" within your Laserfiche Cloud repository, and verify field and feature right assignments in repository administration.
- Once those rights are configured, click the following URL to automatically switch over all connection profiles to the ProcessAutomationUser:
