Hi All,

Users are facing slowness when clicking on the Scan button. It wouldn't respond.

Hi Azhad, is this the button in the Desktop Client or in Outlook (or elsewhere)?

Hi Lidija, It's on Laserfiche Scan client.

Is it in the Laserfiche Client when you click Scan before the Scanning window comes up? Or is it in Laserfiche Scanning when they click Scan and wait for paper to come in from the scanner?

What version of Laserfiche are you using?
