Bit of a weird situation here - I'll describe the best I can.
We have a customer who uploads 10-15 PDFs at a time into Laserfiche - these are HR packets. All they do is select all these documents in file explorer and drag them into the web client. However, every so often, one of the documents (an I9) won't ever appear in Laserfiche.
I have never been able to replicate this myself; however, when I'm notified that this has happened, I can find the missing document's name in IIS logs near "GET /Laserfiche/Dialogs/UploadProgress.aspx" so it seems like the document is attempting to be uploaded to Laserfiche, but it just doesn't make it for some reason.
I haven't been able to find any error messages anywhere in Event Viewer around the time that any of these uploads would have occurred. We are not automatically converting PDFs to Laserfiche pages on import - they're staying in PDF format during upload. These I9s do have electronic signatures on them, while the other documents don't, but this still only happens on a few select documents. We can upload the same batch of documents again and the I9 will show up just fine, so it's very inconsistent and hard to replicate. This is occurring in Web Access version 9.2.0.
Anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing or some ideas on other places to look for errors?
