My client is encountering an issue where all the pages they scan in with LFScanning result in black pages. When they scan outside of LFScanning, their scans come in fine.

The issue started randomly 4 days ago and they use a Panasonic KV-S1027C with TWAIN drivers. They have also done a repair on the client, reboot several times, and removed all image enhancements in LFScanning.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue before? They are on version 9.1.1, thanks for any help!
